All information on the process - before and after the sale

You can easily advertise your motorbike on our website. Simply follow the form on the website. It is important that you fill in all the details correctly and, if in doubt, check your documents again. Subsequent changes are not possible.

We will then get to work as quickly as possible and evaluate your motorbike. The offer you receive from us is a dealer purchase price for your motorbike. Within a few hours, we will get back to you by e-mail with our price offer.

We are pleased about that! You can easily accept our offer by clicking on “Accept offer” in our e-mail. Afterwards, you give us 48 hours in which we intensively check whether we can really buy your machine. You may not sell your motorbike elsewhere during this time! After the 48 hours have expired, we will give you – hopefully positive – feedback.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to subsequently edit details if we have already made a price proposal for the data entered.

If you have not yet accepted the offer and want to make sure that we assess everything correctly, you can simply create a new advertisement with the correct details.

To be able to rate your machine, we need at least 1 picture of it. Please do not send us any photos later by e-mail, we cannot include them. If you don’t have any pictures available when you create your ad, it doesn’t matter and we will contact you by e-mail – please upload them to your ad using the “Edit ad” button (e-mail from WIR KAUFEN DEIN MOTORRAD, subject: “We need pictures to evaluate your bike”).

Too bad, but of course you can sell your motorbike privately at other conditions. We calculate our prices as a dealer would actually be able to offer them, and thus arrive at an average dealer purchase price for your motorbike. If you change your mind and want to sell your bike quickly and easily, we are always happy to hear from you!

The collection of your motorbike will take place within 12 working days. The forwarding agent will contact you by telephone at least 2 days before a possible collection date. You can then arrange together when it suits you.

We are sorry to hear that! But we will do our best to find a buyer in our dealer network. You don’t need to do anything else except check your emails – if we have a price offer for you, we will contact you immediately.

Of course, you can also sell your machine elsewhere after the 48-hour period has expired.

Sure, with pleasure! We deregister the bike with the road traffic office and the road traffic office then automatically informs your insurance company. The confirmation of deregistration will then be sent to you by your insurance company – probably with some delay.

The sale is initially binding for you and there is no right of withdrawal! Only after a cancellation or expiry of the 48 hours without a commitment by us, your commitment is no longer binding!
